Wheaton College: How Can We Stand with Persecuted Christians?

On Wed., March 28, Students for Religious Liberties at Wheaton College were proud to host Congressman Randy Hultgren, Philippe Nassif and Mark Tooley for an important discussion on ways Christians in the United States can stand in solidarity with their persecuted co-religionists in the Middle East.

Some 35 students and faculty questioned and interacted with the three-person panel. Dr. Kristin Garrett, assistant professor of political science at Wheaton College, moderated the group. One of the topics discussed was the current state of Turkey and the plight of Wheaton College ’88 graduate imprisoned Andrew Brunson.
