Aurora felt the rhythm and beat of Africa in song and dance

Kuyasa Kids Children’s Choir Praise and Dance Unto the Lord

The sanctuary of First Presbyterian Church – Aurora felt the rhythm and beat of Africa in song and dance on Wednesday night (March 30) as performed by the Kuyasa Kids Children’s Choir. The choir from West Cape Province of South Africa presented songs from their native Xhosa tribe and anthems that exalted the name of Jesus Christ.

This musical troupe of 20 youth are AIDS orphans. They are part of the outreach of Horizon International that seeks sponsorship for orphan children from Ethiopia, South Africa, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

The choir during their US 2016 tour will visit 20 cities from March 20 to April 11.
